-Follow-up inspection to May 12, 2020.
-Small packages of rice were cooling on ice packs at the time of inspection. Packages of rice were time stamped to track cooling times. Facility has a total of 4 mixing ice wands to facilitate proper cooling of potentially hazardous foods.
-Did not find any used plastic bags washed for reuse at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any frozen foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Cardboard lining the top of the cooler has been removed. Surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
