Routine
**Kitchen was not in use at time of inspection. No food was stored inside. It is only used for events, where mainly the dishwasher is used for cleaning. Minimal cooking and food prep occurs.

Temperature controls
> Standup fridge (x2): 0.2C and 2.7C
> Standup freezer: -12C
> No food stored in all three units. Only bottled water in one cooler.

General:
> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of at least 71C, verified by thermolabel.
> Handsinks supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> General sanitation satisfactory.
> QUATS sanitizer available to make 200ppm solution.
