Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. Wiping rags in use stored in Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer 200 ppm. High temperature sanitizing dishwasher 78 C achieved. 2 door freezer - 12 C, back 2 door undercounter cooler 3 C, back 1 door undercounter cooler 1 C, middle back 2 door undercounter cooler 4 C, back corner 1 door undercounter cooler 4 C, front 2 door undercounter cooler 2 C, juice display cooler 3 C, snack display cooler 3 C food utensils in use cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours.
