Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Hot and cold water available. 3 compartment sink in use. Hand sinks in use with liquid soap paper towels and running water. 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in use in cloth bucket. Linens are sanitized per use. Dish washer final rinse at 71C at the plate. This unit takes a few warm ups to reach required temperature. Food protected contamination. Permit posted in visible location. Display at 3C muffins, prep cooler at 2C ambient, main fridge at 4C or below, freezer below -18C. Utensils and single use items are sanitary. Operator and staff recertified in FoodSafe Level 1 in November 2019.
