Observation: Salad bar cooler- temp range 6 to 14 oC one small corner 4 oC- no foods are stored at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): Repair so the temp is <4oC inside and top part, continue to NOT STORE any foods in this unit till the temp is < 4 oC.

-Handwashing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
-Quat sanitizer in bucket was at 200 ppm
- Walk-in freezer not in use
- All chest freezers were at or below -18
- All coolers were at or below 4C with the exception of salad cooler
- Dishwasher temp at plate >71 oC
-Hot holding >60 oC
- Accurate thermometers present
- Food storage very organized, covered and labelled with dates
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pests noted at time of inspection
-Temp log sheet is up to date good.
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
