Comments

- As per the last inspection, the wall by the dishwasher was covered with smooth, light-colored and water proof material and the re-caulking around the single compartment sink has been completed.
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in buckets with cloths
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- High temp dishwasher reached 71C at plate's surface
- Ice machine & utensils are maintained in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection

NOTE:
- Obtain large pest proof containers for dry storage (flour). Do not leave dry ingredients in open bags to prevent pest attraction. This was also mentioned in the last routine inspection.
- Obtain proper hand soaps for each handsink (one in the front & one in the back). Dishwashing soap may discourage employees from washing hands frequently.
