Routine inspection conducted. - Hand washing station (1 tub of 3 comp sink) supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - 3- comp sink maintained. Drain plugs available. - Upright freezer measured at -18 C or colder. Thermometer available in the unit. Combo cooler measured at 4C lower compartment and -18 C top compartment. - General sanitation is overall good. No sign of pest activity noted at this date. Sanitizer available in a spray bottle properly labeled as sanitizer. - Ice maker noted clean and maintained. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary container. - Flavors and powders are stored in food grade containers. - Customer washroom noted clean and supplied. - Floor cracks has been repaired and all cracks been filled up. Now easy to clean. Floor in dining area also been repaired. - Operator has valid food safe certificate until 2025. - FH Permit is posted with valid sticker. - No sign of pest activity observed at this date. Bubble tea area well lit and surfaces maintained in sanitary condition.
