- Foods labelled with dates
- Pest control in place - ensure any droppings are cleaned immediately with a 1:10 solution of bleach
- Freezer lids broken - request for repair already submitted

Note: Quat sanitizer dispenser dispensed 50ppm quats but is not in use. If you wish to use quats as your sanitizer, have the dispenser repaired so it dispenses 200-400ppm quats
