General: - handwashing station stocked - bleach available for sanitizer and disinfectant - purchase new spray bottles and ensure the correct solution is used in the correct areas - dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle - single use mouth pieces available for hookah - chest freezer: -19C - display cooler for fruits - as per operator, fruits are not for consumption but for display on the hookah; no foods can be served Note: At this time, this facility is only approved to serve coffee and tea.
