Routine inspection conducted.

This food premises currently has been approved for four different processes:
1. Base of Operation for food mobile units
2. Spice re-packaging
3. Pickle production
4. Samosa production

- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
Note: Plastic backsplash has been installed at 3-compartment sink, replace with new board with necessary
- Three compartment sinks available for ware washing
- Food grade chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle, concentration at 200ppm
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Upright stainless commercial cooler at 2-3C
* Upright domestic freezer at -25C
- The facility is only used for mixing and packaging of dry spices. Curries are made at other location in Vancouver.
- All products are labelled as per CFIA requirements
- All products kept at least 6" off the floor
- All products kept in pest proof containers, protected from contamination
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection

Note: Some storage takes place in neighboring facility.
Mobile units are stored in here and jarred product.
