Follow up inspection All outstanding issues have been corrected: -Cleaning improvements to the floor were made to remove buildup. Continue cleaning the floor and hard-to-reach areas thoroughly each week to prevent buildup from accumulating. -The corner between the handsink and cooler was cleaned to remove rodent droppings. The operator mentioned that they did not see any new droppings. Continue monitoring for signs of recent pest activity. -Food (sugar, berries, and watermelon) were covered in food storage areas.
