Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer in labeled spray bottle exceeded 200 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach water sanitizer was discarded. A new sanitizing solution was prepared and measured at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is available at all times at the correct concentration to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces.

Routine health inspection conducted.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezer at -18 degrees C or less.
Thermometers available for cold holding units. Probe thermometers on site.
No hot holding.
Reviewed cooling procedures. Cooled food was probed at 4 degrees C or less. Cooling rack is also available in walk in cooler.
Food is covered and stored off the floor. Raw meat is not stored above ready-to-eat foods.
Hand sinks are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
Hot and cold running water, three sink plugs, detergent, and bleach available for manual ware washing.
Sanitizing compartment was set up with a 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution at time of inspection.
Hair nets in use.
General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity observed.
Junction between baseboard and floor has been sealed and additional baseboards have been added where absent.
Peeling film has been removed to provide a smooth, easy-to-clean finish in walk-in cooler.
Outstanding: Owners require additional time to obtain appropriate ceiling tiles for kitchen area. To be checked at next routine health inspection. Refer to initial inspection report for details on requirements.
