- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Spray bottles in main kitchen had 200 ppm quat
- chlorine bleach is used in the 3rd floor kitchen, none prepared at time of inspection. Bleach is onsite
- Dishwasher in main kitchen had a final rinse of 189F at the gauge, and 79 C at plate
- Dishwasher on the 3rd floor had a final rinse of 72 C at the plate
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
