-Follow-up inspection to August 28, 2023. -Potentially hazardous foods (savoury breads) were stored in the cooler. -Both handwash stations were accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Ensure bottles are relabelled as needed. -Bulk almonds were in plastic food grade containers, which protected foods from potential contamination. Scoop was stored in a sanitary manner. -Facility may expand into the adjacent unit in the future. Prior to expanding into the adjacent unit, contact the Health Department. An updated floor plan and other documents may be required prior to operating. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
