Low temperature dishwasher still not in good working order as chlorine sanitizer is not dispensing due to a clogged line. 2. Sliding glass door cooler still not in good working order as the temperature was 15.4 degrees Celsius. Corrective Action(s): 1. Service the dishwasher to ensure the chlorine sanitizer is sanitizing dishes with 50 ppm chlorine. 2. Service sliding glass door cooler to ensure the temperature is maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius. Violation Score: 15

Follow-up Inspection: - Whipped cream, half n half creamers, and dressings (Blue Cheese, Ranch, Caesar, Italian, thousand Island) discarded from sliding glass door cooler. - Staff have started working on cleaning the inside of the walk-in cooler. Violation code 301 from routine inspection (AJON-CJPRYQ) still outstanding. - Follow up to be conducted within the next 2 hours. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
