Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Food in the undercounter cooler at the front area is being stored at 7°C.
2. Creamers were stored on ice but the amount of ice is not adequate. Only a small layer of ice is present at the top. Some creamers measured up to 16°C.
Corrective Action(s): Food that has been stored above 4°C for less than 2 hours shall be moved to a working cooler. Food that has been stored above 4°C for more than 2 hours shall be discarded. Ensure creamers are stored in adequate amount of ice or in a cooler at ≤ 4°C.

- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available. Test strips are available.
- Dry storage is maintained
- No signs of pests observed
- Premise is well lit
