Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were noted at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18C or below. Wheatgrass is served in this facility - cutting noted well above soil. Wheatgrass were noted in good condition with no moldy flats present. Dipper well was in-use for in-use utensils with water running continuously. Proper dispensers were noted used for all bulk food containers and dispensers were stored in a manner where the handles do not come into contact with food. Interior of the ice machine and all utensils were noted in good condition and in a sanitary manner. 400 PPM QUAT residual detected in 2 sanitizer containers. Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Cleanliness of the facilities, especially under the storage racks and in hard to reach places were noted in excellent sanitary condition. Mop bucket emptied when not in use. Mop bucket and mop sink area noted clean. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
