314 - Operator has not provided acceptable written sanitation procedures [s. 24] Observation: The sanitizer buckets have time labels on them to indicate when the sanitizer should be changed (timers are no longer used). As per manager, it should be refreshed every 2 hours. The time on the label for one of the buckets was 13:01 and the time of the inspection was 15:30. Staff are not following proper procedures. Corrective Action(s): When the sanitizer buckets are refreshed, new time labels should be posted on each bucket as required. Violation Score: 3

Work orders are on-site. EXHAUST HOOD HAS BEEN SERVICED THIS YEAR, BUT THE NEXT SERVICE DATE IS INDICATED AS 2019, WHICH IS 2 YEARS FROM NOW. FOLLOW-UP WITH THIS SINCE THE HOOD SHOULD BE SERVICED YEARLY.
