Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff/ patrons washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored in the proper storage hierarchy and protected.
Bleach sanitizer containers prepared. 100 PPM (back prep area) and 200 PPM (front prep area) of chlorine residual detected in the containers.
Facility has two high temperature dish machines. 75.7C (front) and 71.0C (back) detected at the plate levels during the rinse cycles for the machines.
Food contact items noted sanitary and in good condition. Fume hood noted sanitary.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall sanitation and organization excellent.
Operator renewed his FOODSAFE level 1 certificate (expires Feb 11, 2028).
