Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Observed some food debris stuck in the meat slicer.)
Comments

-General sanitation of premises was satisfactory. Cleanliness of hard to reach areas has improved.
-Handsink in kitchen and in staff washroom were supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap and paper towel
-Coolers were at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
-Walk-in cooler 2C
-Line cooler 3C
-Sliding door cooler 3C
-Chest freezer was -15C
-Food was stored in a manner to prevent contamination (covered/wrapped, off of the floor)
-Bleach present for sanitizing dishes and food contact surfaces. Bleach solution present in spray bottle however concentration was >>200ppm. Concentration should be 100ppm. Reviewed mixing ratio with staff on duty. Spray bottle only requires 1tsp bleach.
-No signs of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection.
