Observation: Front hand washing station is not draining and is out of service. Staff are currently using main kitchen hand sink to wash hands.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to repair this station to allow proper hand washing at this station. In the mean time use the kitchen hand sink for hand washing. Correction required in two days.

Food protected from contamination in food grade containers or covers.
Single use containers are sanitary.
Washrooms are sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
