Comments

Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate. Liquid soap was available at hand sinks. Hand sink in food preparation area was out of paper towels. Please replace. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 76 degrees C. Bleach solution was available for wiping cloths. No signs of pest infestation. Please note that the facility has outstanding structural deficiencies, as noted during previous inspections, that will have to be addressed if the plans for development of the building does not take place within the next year.
