Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Wiping cloth has no detectable chlorine.
2) Rice scoops stored in room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer bucket when not in use. Do not rinse cloth out under tap prior to wiping surfaces.
2) Rice scoops must be stored in ice water OR a dry clean container. Both the scoop and container must be run throug the dishwasher every four hours.

1) Do not store foods here as dirty water from washing hands may drip into sprouts.
2) No food prep is allowed at dishwashing area
3) Raw meats must be stored underneath already cooked foods.

- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in bucket
- dishwasher measured 74C at final rinse cycle
- back door closed at time of inspection
- ensure all plastic bags used are of food grade material
- ice machine appears sanitary
- facility is take-out only

Note: baffles for vent hood are very greasy; staff stated it was scheduled to be cleaned tonight and are cleaned every Monday
