Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front cook area did not have any bleach sanitizer and back area bleach pail had no detectable sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach at 100ppm to 200ppm must be available in each food preparation area to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Bleach sanitizer at 100ppm to 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.

Observation: Raw meat was stored above soup broth. This is a repeat violation.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to Sept 9, 2016.
-Front service area handwash station was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe poor employee hand hygiene practice with regards to blue gloves at the time of inspection.
-Back screen door has been repaired. Ensure screen door is maintained in a good condition to prevent potential pest entry.
-Chemical containers were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
