Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade, knives, dough roller observed to have built-up of food debris. Ice machine observed to have debris adhered onto the inside ice making guard.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned items. All food contact surfaces/kitchen utensils must be washed and sanitized after each-use. Review and follow premise's Sanitation Plan.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all scoops are stored outside of food. Ice scoop to be hooked up in a hook inside the ice machine not in direct contact to ice.

Comments

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Prep cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer and chest freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine.

Operator made barfi onsite. Operator informed that barfi is made using milk which is brought to a boil prior to cold holding. Operator informed that the barfi displayed in the display cooler measured at 9C air ambient temperature will be sold within 4 hours.

Pest Control Company contracted out to APC Pest Control Services LTD. Pest Control Company comes in 2x per week. Informed operator to keep all Pest Reports going forward. Operator only able to present pest report for April 2, 2022 which indicated that 2 deer mice was spotted in the traps laid. Inspection conducted for the interior, kitchen, storage, bar, and receiving areas. Pest control company is contracted for the entire complex.
