General Sanitation very good -a tight fitting screen door for back exit has been added
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests -pest monitoring devices onsite (snap)

NOTE: jackets are being hung amongst the dry storage shelves -recommend placing hooks on the inside of the door to keep away from the food areas
