- Handsinks in main kitchen/service area and coffee station were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Walk-in cooler 3C
- line cooler (side) 1C
- line cooler (front) 2C
- 2 door undercounter cooler 3C
- Prep cooler (coffee station) 2C
- Grab n go cooler (main service area) 1C
- Grab n go cooler - lower section (coffee station) 1C
- Freezers were maintaining product in a frozen state:
- Single door reach in freezers -17C, -19C
- 2 door reach in freezer -14C
- Thermometers present in cold holding units. Temperatures checked and recorded twice daily.
- No hot holding occurring at time of the inspection.
- Ice machine in coffee station maintained in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in sanitary manner outside of ice bin.
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory.
- Quats sanitizer present in sani pails with wiping cloths stored in solution. Concentration of quats solution in sani pails and from dispensers measured 200ppm.
- Dishwasher was operational. 100ppm chlorine was detected on dish after cycle. Chlorine test strips present and level is checked and recorded twice daily.
- No signs of pest infestation noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of the inspection. Chef Manager has completed Foodsafe level 1.
