Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats dispensing at around 400 ppm from dispenser at the 3 compartment sink. As per manufacturer's recommendations, quats solution is to be used at 200 or 300 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff how to dilute solution to 200-300 ppm until dispenser is adjusted. Manager called technician in for service during the inspection.

Observation: Cleaning required around garbage cupboards, bottom shelves in front of house, and behind and underneath equipment in both front of house and back of house.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hard to reach areas are cleaned routinely.
Clean spills immediately to prevent these areas from attracting pests.

Routine Inspection

-Hand washing sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels.
-All under counter coolers (except for the main barista cooler) registered at 4 degrees C or below.
*Under counter cooler at barista station registered at 5 C - was being opened and closed during inspection. Products are used within 1 hour.
-Beverage display cooler registered at 4 degrees C or below.
-Ready to eat foods display cooler registered at at 4 degrees C or below.
-All standing coolers in the back temperature at 4 degrees C or below.
-Freezers in back registered at at -18 degrees C or below.
-High temperature dishwasher registered at 71 degrees C or higher at the place surface.
-All sanitizer solution buckets registered at around 400 ppm for Quats sanitizer - see above violation.
-Wiping cloths store in sanitizing solution when not in use.
-Permit to Operate posted in a conspicuous location.
