Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - Hand washing stations throughout premises observed supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water - General sanitation of premises satisfactory - Bleach sanitizer spray bottle (labelled) and bleach sanitizer bucket with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip - Staff observed washing hands more frequently - gloves are still in use at service area - Hot-holding units at front service area measured at >60'C - Walk-in cooler measured at 3'C - All food observed at least 6 inches off the floor and covered - No signs of pests during time of inspection - FOOD SAFE Level 1 trained staff available on premises - Back storage area has been cleaned and clutter has been removed NOTE: some items not required to be stored on premises are still visible on premises. Staff mentioned that these items will be removed (cabinetry, chairs, etc.). Operator to send photos to the health inspector once these items have been removed.
