- Operation processes pumpkin & hemp seed milk alternative. Finished product is a refrigerated product. Products are offered to sale at Farmers Markets. Products are transported in coolers with ice.
- Product processing procedures reviewed with operator. Product is cold-filled. Operator has set product shelf-life for 5 days.
- Operation has an hourly membership at YVR PREP. Membership includes designated refrigerated and dry storage space allotments.
- All food processing is conducted in the Cold Prep Room. Station is assigned when booking is made.
- No food processing at time of inspection.

- Cold Prep Room Handsink provided with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Walk-In Cooler: 3 deg C
- Dry Storage Shelving is located outside walk-in cooler. Food ingredients are stored in a manner that is protected from contamination.
- Cleaning and sanitizing procedures reviewed with operator. Glass bottles are sterilized by minimum 10 minute boil method before bottling. Lids are sanitized in the dishwasher. Reused bottles are washed and sanitized in the dishwasher and then undergo sterilization method.
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available from Quats dispenser. Operator has Quats test strips to verify Quats concentration.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 80.0 deg C at dish surface; Final Rinse Temperature Gauge reading: 82 deg C
