Following inspection to Rpt # 232142. Copy of the Certificate of incorporation Utility table purchased and in place next to the 3 compartment sink. Shelving installed above 3 compartment sink Liquid soap dispensers installed at handsink and washroom handsink Shelves installed in chemical storage room. Conditions removed from Rpt #245794. Health approval granted to operate . Note: This approval does not exempt you from obtaining approvals from other regulatory agencies.
