Follow-up inspection conducted:

- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags. Ensure to have a bucket prepared for each area - sushi bar and kitchen as agreed at this time.
- Food products are stored at least 6inch off the floor and contained in pest proof containers. Food storage practice in walk-in cooler satisfactory.
- Plastic/wooden shelving units in walk-in cooler and dry storage area have been replaced to metal units.
- Facility has been fumigated on Aug 4th by Catch All Pest Control Company and sprayed by Orkin on Aug 8th. All dishware/utensils have been washed through the mechanical dishwasher and surfaces have been sanitized using bleach after the required vacating period of 4 hours.

It was apparent that the facility had gone through a major cleaning after the recent routine inspection. Holes/gaps on ceilings and walls have been filled.
Facility has hired a different pest control company (Orkin) and new traps have been set throughout the kitchen. Pest control inspection to be conducted on a weekly basis until situation improves.

The following must be completed on a daily basis as discussed and agreed at this time:
- Monitor for droppings and remove them EVERY MORNING, after lunch break and at the end of each day. Treat affected areas using 1000ppm chlorine solution (1 bleach:50 water).
- Have all food contact surfaces sanitized prior to initiating any food prep in the morning and after lunch break, in addition to at the end of the day.
- Remove all food debris/water/oil from floors throughout the kitchen at the end of each day.

Closure Order issued on August 3, 2022 has been rescinded and physically removed from the entrance door at this time. Ensure to keep the facility at this safe and sanitary level at all times. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.

*Routine inspection report FEMI-CGXQEL is not available on Healthspace at this time. Covering EHO checked a copy of the inspection report provided by the operator. Code 301 and 401 in compliance and to be entered as corrected once FEMI-CGXQEL becomes available on Healthspace.

*Wooden pallets have been removed from the sushi bar. Operator suggests that the pallets and floors underneath are to be washed/sprayed with bleach and put sideways against a wall/bar in the dining area to be air dried during the night. Area EHO to get back to the operator regarding the use of wooden pallets in sushi bar.
