Referencing NCR report 252431. Premises is approved to operate for the year. Intention is to sell prepackaged foods, beverages, coffees and tea. No hot dogs or hamburger will be made this season. Bleach is available. Handwashing station is satisfactory. Temperature of refrigeration is satisfactory. Obtain a thermometer for the fridge used for storing milk (safe temperature is 4C/40F). Permit is posted. Foodsafe certified person is accessible by phone during operation. Inspection report discussed with Erica Saunders.
