General observations:
- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- QUATS dispenser measured to be at 200ppm. Test strips available
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- All coolers measured to be at 4C or lower
- Walk-in freezer measured to be at -18C or less
- Temperature logs and thermometer available for refrigeration unit
- In-use utensils cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours
- Time tracking used where leftover pizza discarded after 1.5 hours
- Staff with current and valid FOODSAFE level I certificate
- No pest activity detected during time of inspection
- Washrooms and premises in sanitary condition
