Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A staff member had left a pot lid and several wiping cloths in the kitchen hand washing station basin. The staff member said he had just put them there and only temporarily.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the lid and wiping cloths from this hand washing station. Hand washing stations should be free of obstructions at all times so they can be easily accessed for proper hand washing. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
-Bleach sanitizer (100 ppm) available in spray bottles and buckets with wiping cloths
-Dry storage is organized
-Ice machine is clean
-Chemicals stored away from areas of food prep and storage
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
