-Pest Control technician was on-site and traps have been placed. Copy of service report and contract for monthly service submitted via email. More frequent service may be needed if activity continues. Keep copy of pest control reports on-site to be shown to Environmental Health Officer.
-Cleaning has been completed to remove spills, debris and mouse droppings. Minor amount of mouse droppings still present in hard to reach areas. Staff directed to clean at the time of the inspection.
-Storage room and back area have been cleaned/organized with all items off of the floor. Significant improvement noted in cleanliness/organization. Continue to keep floor clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity. Immediately clean up any droppings if noted and notify Pest Control Technician of ongoing activity.
-Hole at corner in storage room has been filled/sealed.
***Coving still needs to be re-affixed properly. Tape was used as an interim measure, but is not suitable. To be completed within one week***
-Temperature of meatballs in hot holding unit was 66C
