Ownership Change:
- Some changes made to front of house (minor).

- Coolers are below 4 Degrees Celsius & have thermometers .
- Freezers are below -18 Degrees Celsius
- Bleach is on-site. Get spray bottles for the Sanitizing solution (1 oz bleach /ga water ) .
- dishwasher rinse is 73 Degrees Celsius .
- Hand sinks + washroom sinks have Soap + paper towels .
- Operator FS level 1 Certification ( Certificate expires Mar. 3, 2023 .
- Permit fee received: CHQ 201 ($250 for Apr. 1/'18 - Mr. 31/'19) & CHQ 202 ( $20.83 for March 2018)
- FSP's + SP's submitted .
