Comments

- FS trained staff is available - Jun Yong Tan ( May 23-84) is present at all time. Closure order lifted subject to the conditions as discussed.

-Ensure to register for upcoming course (owner and staff)
-All issues noted in pervious report to be fully addressed
** label the two comp sink- one to be used ONLY for hand washing
** Designate a shelving unit in walk in cooler for defrosting of frozen meat products
** Again: remind staff with regard to hand hygiene and proper use of disposable gloves - any repeated violation will result in fines.

All issues expect those that require a contractor to be addressed , send a picture via email to the area inspector no later then Dec 13-2021.
