Hand washing sink adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, paper towel and liquid hand soap. Employees observed to wash hands at proper frequency. QUATs sanitizer solution in bucket at 200ppm. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing - QUATs dispenser at 200ppm. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Front Prep cooler at 4C or below. Hot holding of meat balls and soup at 60C or above. Walk-in freezer at -18C or below. Temperature logs maintained and readily available. Food covered and stored off the ground.
