A follow-up inspection conducted, the following observations were made: - Operator has been submitting pest reports for review. Received reports for the past 4 weeks and reviewed them. Activity has decreased, as less or no rodents are being caught in the traps. - Door guards have been installed on the back doors. Ensure these doors remain closed at all times when not in use. - All items have been stored 6" off the floor on pallets in the back area. - Ensure all pallets are moved at the end of the day so the floor can be swept and mopped to remove food and any rodent droppings. The pallets shall also be swept and sanitized with bleach on a daily basis to remove any droppings. - Continue the increased cleaning and pest services until no signs (droppings or rodents caught) are found.
