-Service area handwash station has been serviced and was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe any cooked foods cooling at the time of inspection.
-Facility has undergone renovations to move the sushi area to the dining area.
-Sushi area handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Sushi prep coolers were at 4C.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was available in the sushi area.
