Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer is not available in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Only half a bottle (spray) of the sanitizer is available of Quats sanitizer and the person incharge doesn't know where is more.
Corrective Action(s): - Bleach solution prepared in one compartment of the sink is at 100ppm chlorine residual.
- HAlf bottle (sprary) of quats is measured at 200ppm.

- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. NOTE: Restock paper towel in the dispenser
- Walk-in cooler is at 3C
- Walk-in freezer is at -17C
- General sanitation is satisfactory at the time of inspection
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse at the dish surface
- NO evidence of pest activity is noted.

NOTE: Maintain temperature logs on regular basis daily and do not produce fake records by noting temperature of days in advance.
