Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat slicer observed to have not been properly cleaned as food debris observed on the blade and on the guard.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff have been trained on how to properly clean and sanitize the slicer after use. Use a flashlight to check the cleaning.

Observation: Pest control contract remains in place. Multiple traps observed in place. Pest control operator on site at time of inspection to monitor progress. All food items that can potentially be chewed into are all binned. Pest control operator now has the contact for the next door premises. Pests are being eliminated next door which will prevent them from travelling to this premises.
Corrective Action(s): Until pest issue has been eliminated continue to bin and secure all food items that can be potentially be chewed into.,
