Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine level at plate level after final rinse.
- Glasswasher achieved 50ppm chlorine level after final rinse.
- Menu confirmed. Facility is approved to prepare food without creating any grease laden vapour.
- Traps in place. No cockroach activity observed. Pest control report from Feb checked at this time.

Improvements observed with regards to the general maintenance and sanitation level. However, sanitation level can still be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis (i.e. inside prep cooler/floors underneath large kitchen equipment). No signature due to Covid-19.
