(Hair) - High Level Disinfection: - All implements are to be washed (scrubbed with soap and water) prior to disinfection. - Pre-Empt CS-20 utilized for high level disinfection! * Manufacturers directions are required to be followed! (Note: "undiluted" and contact times) * Expiration dates are to be monitored. Ok. - Pre Empt Wipes noted on site. - Sanitary Facilities: Ok. - Sanitation: Facility is clean and organized. - Single use items utilized.
