*Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 2, 2019 (Report MLOO-B82S3X) - Low temperature dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer detected. Resume usage of the dishwasher as per normal dishwashing procedures. - Chlorine test strips have been obtained. Ensure staff are trained properly to use the test strips and maintain the dishwasher logs. Keep logs on site for review. - All bulk food scoops are stored in a sanitary manner at time of inspection
