- Storage primarily of packaged dry goods and packaged refrigerated and frozen products. Minor portioning and re-packaging of dry goods limited to area by 3 compartment sink. - Hot and cold running water present - Liquid soap and paper towel present at 3 compartment sink for handwashing. - Bleach present for sanitizing scoops and re-packaging table area. Reviewed manual dishwashing procedure with staff on duty (Wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry) - No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Rodent snap traps present for monitoring. - Food stored on pallets or shelving. - Walk-in cooler at 0C - Walk-in freezer at -19C * Band saw noted in previous report no longer present in facility. Used and new food equipment present at the premises for re-sale; not in use.
