Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer is at <50ppm
Corrective Action(s): Corrected during inspection:
Chlorine sanitizer at 100-200ppm now available in spray bottle. Label spray bottle. Use on counters and food contact surfaces every 2-4 hours. Follow manufacturer's directions for quats if you are using quats sanitizer. This bottle states to use undiluted (ready to use).

Observation:
Corrective Action(s): Defrost small upright freezer as door cannot close, there is a lot of frost build up, and there is water accumulating on the ground under the door. Repair all leaks, Keep the floor in the food storage room clean. All floors and equipment must be kept in a clean condition. Surfaces to be easy to clean. Clean shelves and floor in the front service area.

Rice is at 60 C or hotter.
Hand washing station has liquid soap and paper towels: Note: Use the paper towels to dry hands. Do not use a cloth towel.
Dishwasher has a final rinse of 50 ppm + chlorine - ok.
Water temperature at hand sink is satisfactory.
Coffee roasting only done by owner with back door open. Wash hands at designated food handler hand sink.
