Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CFGRC9
Manual warewashing posters (in English and Korean) were provided to the operator to post by the 3-compartment sink to ensure all staff members are washing dishes properly using the 3-compartment sink.
Improvement noted in the sanitation of the facility. No more grease buildup observed in the areas cited for buildup during the routine inspection. Please maintain the premises in a sanitary condition at all time, especially along the cookline.
Did not observe cardboard being used as liners throughout the premises.

Note: Back door was noted slightly ajar at the start of the inspection. However, did observe operator make an effort to correct this violation by purchasing a screen door. Please install screen door and ensure no gap larger than the size of a pencil exists after installing the screen door. To be evaluated during the next routine inspection.

No further follow-up required at this time. Thank you for attempting to fix all violations noted.
