- Ensure back door remains closed at all times
- Obtain pest control
- Ensure pest control: determines points of entry, lays traps, provides invoice
- Health inspector to review invoice during follow up inspection.

Comments

COMMENTS:
- Handsinks adequately supplied; staff observed washing hands upon entry of EHO
- Hot holding at temperatures greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Secondary cook step for Donairs occurring (temperatures of 82 degrees measured)
- Coolers at temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers at temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer spray available for use in spray bottle and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 100ppm Chlorine
- Manager was able to demonstrate proper three compartment sink ware washing methods (two minute soak for sanitizer solution)
- Raw meat separate from ready to eat in walk in cooler


NOTE: Back door was open slightly during inspection - ensure staff are closing screen FULLY to prevent against pest entry
